Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you posted. We also may delay processing times due to vacations. We will post dates when processing times resume their normal schedule on the main page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Domestic Orders (US)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Orders International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Please note that customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
